AI Bootcamp - "Immersive Course for the Design, Development, and Marketing of AI Services for Creative SMEs"

Bootcamp Objective

In this immersive program, you’ll enhance your strategic and practical skills in Artificial Intelligence, integrating it seamlessly throughout the entire digital product innovation process: from ideation and design to development and market launch readiness.

Over the course of 4 weeks, you’ll combine theory and practice to develop your own AI-powered digital product MVP by the end of the program. You will also define a comprehensive AI-focused marketing strategy, all with the support of a network of innovative professionals.

In short, you’ll learn how to leverage AI effectively within your company to foster disruptive innovation and streamline processes.

Teaching Team

The bootcamp is led by a distinguished teaching team, including:

Germán León: Pioneer in human-AI interaction and Director of the Human Interaction and Artificial Intelligence Program at the Elisava School of Design and Engineering.

Scott Mackin: Strategic Marketing Professor at EADA Business School.

Stephanie Rodriguez: Professor of the Human Interaction and Artificial Intelligence Program at Elisava, specializing in generative AI and data science.

Regina Dos Santos and Jon Poveda: Engineers specializing in web development, machine learning, and computer vision.

Bootcamp Structure and Modules

The program takes place two days a week, with 2-hour sessions over 4 consecutive weeks. It includes lectures, labs, and project work.

Module 1: AI Fundamentals and Interaction Design

Explore fundamental AI concepts, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, and their applications in user-centered design.

Module 2: End-to-End AI Product Innovation

From identifying challenges to developing a market-ready product using AI. Learn to define and refine solutions through a structured framework like ASPIC, ensuring a compelling, customer-focused value proposition.

Module 3: Building and Testing AI Prototypes

Participate in hands-on projects focused on AI-driven product design. Explore UI/UX prototyping tools and no-code solutions (such as OpenAI SDK), enabling the rapid development of functional AI products.

Module 4: Go-to-Market Strategy for AI Solutions

Develop an AI-focused marketing plan with automated deployment across multiple platforms. Create dynamic and adaptable messaging strategies, using sentiment analysis and AI-powered natural language processing to optimize real-time responses.
